In addition to fitness Bootcamp session, we offer 1-on-1 personal training and small group options. With 24/7 gym access, you can train whenever it suits you, working under the guidance of professionals. All our coaches undergo extensive training to qualify and run results-based Bootcamp training programs we have spent the last ten years developing and improving. 

We also provide a hybrid program that allows you to get the benefits of personal training, Bootcamps, 24/7 gym access, nutrition coaching, and accountability. It’s an ultimate results-based program that is flexible around busy lifestyles and gets you the support you need to fulfil your goals.

HOW LONG IS A BOOTCAMP SESSION

Fitness Bootcamp sessions are usually around 50 minutes. We start each session with a warmup where you get your body ready to avoid injuries. Once the warmup is complete, you start your session, increase the intensity, and start working out properly. This is where most of the results happen, so the main thing is to do your best, don’t worry about how fit you are, as you will progress over time. The last part is the cooldown which usually consists of abdominal exercises and stretching to strengthen your core and help your muscles recover.
