Group Sessions For All Fitness Levels
Each of our group fitness program types or workout sessions cater to any and all fitness levels. Adam Prowse Personal Training Men & Womens Gym in Maitland aims to work out where you are now and adapt and adjust everything we need to in order to get you the results you want most and hey you get to do it all with a great group of people in a fun and friendly environment.
This tabata workouts session is based on a training style that makes you fitter and stronger at the same time called “Tabata” you do 20 seconds of work then 10 seconds of rest throughout the whole session so great for burning fat and toning muscle.
This cardio exercises session is designed to burn tons of calories and rip fat of you as well as making you fitter.
Metabolic training is a mixture of weights and cardio designed fire up your metabolism while making you fitter and stronger at the same time.
This boxing classes session is designed to get you fitter and leaner whilst also toning arms a great way to burn fat and have fun.
This session is designed to increase flexibility and recovery as well as help you avoid injuries by keeping your body well stretched.
Lower body weights and abs
This legs and abs workout session is designed to tone your legs and abs great for making you stronger and ramping your metabolism up.
